- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Requests received before any professional work has commenced may be considered for cancellation
- Once legal research, drafting, advisory work, filings, or representation has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted
Refund Policy
As our services involve professional expertise and time, fees paid for services already rendered are generally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Payment made due to a duplicate transaction
- Payment received in excess of the agreed professional fee
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Processing of Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
